If the book arrived damaged, or otherwise did not fulfill your expectations, it will be replaced at no further charge, OR the purchase price, less taxes and shipping costs, will be refunded to you. All refunds, returns, and exchanges are subject to the following rules:

1. The book must be returned, postmarked, within 10 days of receipt.
2. The book must be returned in a suitable box or padded envelope, to prevent damage in transit.
3. You must indicate if you are seeking a refund or replacement.
4. Include your identifying information so we can properly credit the purchase.
